The Harrow is a "Vintage Inn" - so the emphasis is pretty heavily on food, but they do feature 3 or 4 real ales, and have decent coffee. There is a very substantial outside seating area. Dogs are welcome in the outside and bar areas, but not the restaurant (treats and water bowls provided).
