Large oak-beamed pub (originally a medieval hall dating back to 1212). Has garden plus two bar areas as well as the restaurant "buttery". Typically serves 3 real ales (including Larkins Traditional) - and has a very good reputation for food. Dogs are allowed in the 2 bar areas (and there is a jar of dog treats on the bar).
