By road:  From Westerham.  There are several routes - but this seems the most direct. Drive east along the A25. After the traffic lights at the motorway junction, turn right onto the A21 (Sevenoaks by-pass) and drive south.  Leave at the first exit and take the second exit from the roundabout, the B245 (signposted Hildenborough).  After approx 3 miles you will pass a BP station on your right - this is a sign you are almost there. A few hundred yard son from there, you will find The Hilden Manor - again on your right (it is surrounded by a white picket fence). They have a very big car park - or if you feel more comfortable (if, for example, you are not stopping there for refreshment after the walk), the side street directly opposite - Farm Lane - has plenty of free parking.
